My Photo Equipment

Welcome to my photography gear showcase! I’m passionate about capturing stunning images, and I’ve curated this collection of high-quality tools to help me do just that. Below, you’ll find details on my camera, lenses, and flashes. As a side note, all flashes are from the exceptional Amazon.de shop LetWell.
LetWell is hands-down the best Amazon store for Godox camera accessories (and beyond), offering reliable stock, competitive prices, and speedy delivery for amateur photographers like me and even pros.
I’ve included a photo of my setup for a visual overview.
Under the photo there’s a breakdown of each piece:

My Camera Setup
Camera
  • Sony Alpha 6700 (ILCE-6700) This compact APS-C mirrorless camera is my go-to for versatile shooting. With a 26MP sensor, blazing-fast autofocus (including real-time tracking), 4K video at 120fps, and in-body stabilization, it’s perfect for everything from street photography to wildlife. Paired with E-mount lenses, it delivers pro-level results in a lightweight body.
  • Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III VXD MACRO (Model A063) A stellar portrait and macro lens for Sony E-mount. Its 1:1 magnification ratio lets me get incredibly close to subjects for detailed shots, while the f/2.8 aperture creates creamy bokeh. Sharp optics, moisture-resistant build, and fast VXD autofocus make it ideal for product photography or intimate nature close-ups.
  • Sigma 56mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary My favorite for environmental portraits and street work. This “nifty fifty” equivalent (84mm full-frame) on APS-C offers buttery-smooth bokeh and exceptional low-light performance thanks to its f/1.4 aperture. Superb build quality and weather sealing keep it ready for any adventure.
  • Sigma 16-300mm f/3.5-6.7 DC OS An all-in-one superzoom lens that’s a travel photographer’s dream. Covering an incredible 16-300mm range on APS-C (24-450mm full-frame equivalent), it handles wide-angle landscapes to distant wildlife with optical stabilization for steady shots. While not as fast as primes, its versatility is unmatched for on-the-go shooting.
  • Godox iT20 A pocket-sized TTL speedlight that’s revolutionized my on-the-go lighting. With its round head for even diffusion, built-in 2.3″ touchscreen, and compatibility with my Sony system, it delivers precise, creative flash without bulk. Great for fill light or dramatic effects in tight spaces.
  • Godox iT30s The mini version of pro flashes, this sub-compact TTL unit packs a punch with HSS (high-speed sync) and a magnetic modifier system. It’s my secret weapon for run-and-gun video or event photography; super portable, with app control for remote triggering.
  • Godox Hotshoe Riser TR-S This clever adapter elevates my flash off the hotshoe for better angles and reduced red-eye, as well as reducing shadowing from the lens on wide-angle or protruding lenses – ideal for more uniform and cleaner illumination. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and essential for off-camera setups, allowing more flexibility in my lighting arrangements without compromising stability.
  • Peak Design Everyday Sling 6L v2 A sleek, weatherproof sling bag that’s perfect for carrying my gear on daily adventures. With a 6L capacity, expandable pockets, and quick-access design, it holds my camera, lenses, and accessories securely while staying comfortable over the shoulder. A must-have for urban shoots or light travel.
  • Peak Design Cuff Black Replacing the traditional neck lanyard, this adjustable wrist strap offers a secure, ergonomic grip for my camera. Its durable materials and quick-release mechanism keep my Sony α6700 safe and accessible, making it ideal for fast-paced shooting without the hassle of a dangling strap.

All this gear has elevated my photography game, and I can’t recommend LetWell enough for sourcing Godox goodies (or any camera essentials). If you’re building your kit, start there! You can find a link below to this amazing store!
